You can learn to raise your finger temperature at will through practicing deep relaxation. Guided imagery lets you access your own body’s inner wisdom, such as understanding why you have a symptom or illness and how to care for it.

Heart Coherence Training with heart rate variability feedback helps you achieve coherence (alignment of heart, breath, brain, and emotions), giving you a quick method for releasing stress. The HeartMath Institute’s research shows that learning coherence practices benefit people with congestive heart disease, high blood pressure, insomnia, asthma, diabetes, digestive disorders, anxiety, and PTSD. The Emwave program uses a simple pulse detection earlobe clip that registers your level of coherence, and you can learn simple techniques to increase your coherence levels.

Preparation for Surgery: We use deep relaxation, combined with your own images of desired outcomes from surgery, to decrease your anxiety and pain, and heal much faster.

Reiki: While you recline and relax, I lightly rest my hands over different parts of your head and body to gently guide the healing energy flow.
